K9s For Warriors
Saving Veterans, Saving Dogs.
K9s For Warriors is a national organization dedicated to providing highly trained service dogs to veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and/or military sexual trauma. Their mission is to empower these veterans to return to a life of dignity and independence. By rescuing dogs from shelters and training them to become service animals, K9s For Warriors not only saves the lives of veterans but also the lives of dogs.
Meet Rosie, Service Dog In Training
Colorfil is proud to support K9s For Warriors by sponsoring the training of a Golden Retriever puppy named Rosie. This sponsorship directly contributes to ensuring Rosie receives all the love, care, and training needed to go on and save a veteran’s life as a service dog. By investing in Rosie’s training, Colorfil helps K9s For Warriors continue its lifesaving work, providing veterans with the tools needed to overcome the challenges of PTSD and other service-connected trauma.

Championing Animal Welfare
The Champaign County Humane Society (CCHS) plays a crucial role in the Champaign, Illinois community by advocating for the humane treatment of all animals. Its efforts focus on preventing animal suffering, abuse, and exploitation. Annually, CCHS provides essential services to over 2,000 animals, including adoption programs and spay/neuter initiatives.

Colorfil is proud that since 2019, it has committed 3% of every purchase to the Champaign County Humane Society (CCHS). Colorfil believes in making homes healthy for everyone, including pets, and its support helps CCHS do the same for the animals they look after. It's Colorfil's way of making sure the animals have what they need to stay safe and happy. To date, Colorfil has donated more than $130,000 to CCHS
